The Bilingual French Customer /Technical Support Representative Job responsibilities include:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from internal and external customers
- Correspond via e-mail and over the phone
- Respond to technical questions, regarding product operation, warranty questions, parts and accessories identification and general inquiries
- Track and handle customer follow up
- Data entry –document all technical service inquires
- Assist with project activities
- Associates preferred/ comparable experience
- Bilingual French Canadian speaking
- 3+ years of experience with in a call center required
- Technical knowledge/experience with medical devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and proven ability to operate in pressure situations
